The starting point is always a concrete problem: hard-to-reach territories, missing infrastructure, connectivity needs that existing models fail to meet. Here begins the search for integrated answears, IoT solutions for smart cities and telecommunications, wireless communication systems, and edge AI architectures, designed to deliver high performance, territorial control and a sustainable, targeted approach.
Proprietary technology is tested in the field, and then transferred to the market.
This is how we work: ideas to market assets.
As a kid he used to take apart any electronic device he could get his hands on, just to understand how it really worked. Using them wasn’t enough, he wanted to see inside, to understand the signals, the circuits, the logic. His first contact with telecommunications came through CB, Citizen Band radio, local communications that allowed conversations across incredible distances. The idea that a signal could travel so far struck him deeply, something almost magical yet extremely concrete. Then came IRC, radio BBS systems, the internet, and at that point it was clear this wasn’t just an interest: it was his world, and the decision to study telecommunications engineering came naturally.
His professional path began in Italy, where he built his first experiences in the wireless networks sector. Between 2009 and 2013 he came into contact with Consorzio ZEC in the Canary Islands and started to glimpse the possibility of a project with an international dimension. He joined INET Sistemas Inalámbricos Fuerteventura as a minority partner and began collaborating as a consultant on various projects, finding the perfect synthesis of what he had been looking for: internationalization, wireless, territorial development. Over time his involvement grew, and thanks to experience and a clearer vision, he progressively increased his stake until becoming administrator of INET while, in parallel, founding TheIPBox.
From that point on the two entities grew as complementary dimensions, INET as the operational structure on the ground, TheIPBox as the space for research, development, and vision.
Over the years he has built and led projects in the advanced wireless networks sector, with a specific focus on connectivity in areas where traditional infrastructure doesn’t reach. He worked on implementing high-capacity point-to-multipoint technologies, explored new infrastructure paradigms like HAPS stratospheric platforms, and engaged directly with public institutions on radio spectrum issues, particularly in the 26 GHz millimeter wave bands.
His approach is independent by choice, and the solutions he builds break away from traditional frameworks with one precise goal: sustainable, solid infrastructures that solve real problems.
TheIPBox is the destination of this journey, and the starting point of what comes next.
